Through this acquisition, Keyston acquired Almasa’s in-country vast distribution operations, experienced human capital and lasting market relationships. In 2021, Keyston Distribution FZCO was established with a capital infusion of US$15mn and a digital mandate to create 5000+ digital customers from Iraq, MENA and CIS. Our objective is to onboard the best-in-class global vendors and enable their access to businesses in frontier markets in the region.
