Locally owned and operated, we are dedicated to giving Portland an amazing product using the traditional methods of boiling and stone baking. The result is a bagel beyond compare with deep amber crumb and a moist chewy interior. Our bagels are preservative free. They contain no oils, eggs, dairy or fats and are kosher certified.
