Ketnu is a superfood energy bar made from high quality ingredients so you can perform your best mentally and physically. As active and busy people, we are tired of eating bars with: 1. Bland Taste 2. Low Quality Ingredients 3. Lacking Nutrients We created Ketnu out of a desire for honesty. Ketnu changes the game by telling it like it is. Why are we special? We only use ingredients we are proud to share with you. Everything that makes a Ketnu Bar was chosen for a reason. Our bars are packed with familiar superfoods like chia seeds and coconut oil, as well as emerging superfoods like pea protein and cricket flour. Ketnu has NO: gluten, dairy, soy, or syrups. Our simple ingredients, comprehensive nutrition, and customer focused team make Ketnu the easiest way to eat responsibly. Ketnu bars are the product of great friends, a love for food, and a desire to adventure. We met in the first days of our freshman year at Princeton University. Brought together by athletics, our mutual appreciation for athletics, food, sustainability, and the outdoors laid the foundation for our friendship and the creation of Ketnu.
