Our core services include: • PoSH: PREVENTION OF SEXUAL HARASSMENT AT THE WORKPLACE We are pioneers in simplifying the legal complexities in Prevention of Sexual Harassment at the workplace (PoSH), help in end-to-end implementation in workplaces and ensure organizations are PoSH Law compliant as per the Government regulations in line with the Sexual Harassment at Workplaces (Prevention, Prohibition & Redressal) Act 2013. • DIVERSITY, EQUITY & INCLUSION Demystifying a rather less understood subject has been our forte. Diversity, Equity & Inclusion was but a logical and natural choice to explore. We are continuously working with various organizations to build a culture of seeding diversity and inclusion in their DNA. Our work includes gender sensitization, bridging the gaps between Gen X and Gen Y, dealing with everyday unconscious biases at work and encourages inclusive hiring for recruiters, managers & leaders. • EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE PROGRAMS The mental well-being of employees is at the core of any organisation’s performance. During the course of the pandemic we have seen the requirement for mental well-being support is at its highest. It has been an enriching and gratifying journey for us that we have been able to make a difference in people’s lives through our Employee Assistance Programs that are offered across industries, thus breaking barriers.
