Overview

The Commonwealth’s Attorney is an elected position that seeks justice on behalf of the people of Kentucky. It is synonymous with the better known title of District Attorney. The office of the Commonwealth’s Attorney prosecutes felony cases which occur in the 14th judicial district, comprising Bourbon, Scott and Woodford Counties. As a victim of a violent crime, Sharon understands the importance of her role and works diligently to ensure victims receive the benefits of rights they are guaranteed by the Kentucky Crime Victim Bill of Rights.
