KAIZEN i.e. change for the better, as the meaning suggests, strives to continue creating ways to approach different hurdles in business life by developing effective strategies. Kaizen - The Strategic Management Society of Kamala Nehru College is a part of one of the most esteemed and recognised societies of the University of Delhi. It is backed by members that have a high degree of business acumen. The society holds regular inter and intra college business competitions that attract a plethora of students from the Delhi University Circuit. Providing instances of its successful events, Bidding Wars was voted as the best event at Commxcelsior by DU Assassins. Maestro Manager and Dare to Deal created a buzz due to their creative problem-solving challenges. Furthermore, the society is responsible for educating its social media audience about Strategic Management since its inception. It hosts business research sessions and tasks to provide a learning atmosphere for its members. Kaizen's progress is determined by its committed, diligent, and high-achieving women who spare no effort for its holistic growth.
