Kaizen Capital is a Porto-based investment company specializing in the acquisition and re-development of distressed residential and commercial property. Our principals share a deep-seated passion for real estate. Our professional experience covers all types of asset classes: residential, hotels & other tourism accommodation, student accommodation, restaurants, bars and retail stores. We approach each investment opportunity from an entrepreneurial, hands-on perspective; therefore, our portfolio spans a wide spectrum of real estate asset classes. We have purchased – and developed for resale – a wide variety of apartments, houses and retail units in Porto. We also own and manage properties for rental purposes.
