Junior Achievement of SWVA serves as the bridge between the academic and business communities to prepare kids for the real world by providing volunteer-delivered, kindergarten- 12th grade programs that promote financial decision-making skills, workforce readiness skills, and cultivate and entrepreneurial mindset. Reaching over 6,000 students annually in: Alleghany, Bland, Botetourt, Craig, Carroll, Floyd, Franklin, Giles, Grayson, Henry, Montgomery, Patrick, Pulaski, Roanoke, Rockbridge, Smyth, and Wythe counties. Reaching the cities of Buena Vista, Covington, Galax, Lexington, Martinsville, Radford, Roanoke, and Salem.
