Jungle PC is a locally owned business whose focus is computer repair (i.e., virus removal, software/hardware tune-ups), installation, and education. Jungle PC strives to not only fix customers’ computers but also inform and educate them by explaining the process and answering any questions they may have. Also, Jungle PC also sells minor parts and accessories for all your computer needs. Many of Jungle PC’s loyal customers appreciate the staff’s knowledge and assistance with educating them while assisting them with their tech devices. Jungle PC chooses to stand out from the crowd by focusing on the quality of the work and its customers rather than the bottom line. Owner Rick Hamernik has been working in the computer industry for over 15 years. Before opening Jungle PC, Rick was contracted team leader/customer service and support trainer, and a supervisor for Microsoft and AOL. With a real goal to help and inform people, Rick opened his business to make a connection with customers. Jungle PC strives to build long-lasting relationships by treating customers like people and not a number.
