JPH Equities is a private real estate investment firm founded in 2003 as an engineering, environmental, seismic and construction due diligence firm serving the nation’s leading investment banks. The firm was originally involved in the due diligence and financing of approximately one million square feet of office properties in the Southwestern United States and California. We then went on to manage and disburse the development funds for in excess of 6,000 multifamily units, over a dozen five star resorts domestic and international, four National Football League Stadiums and the list goes on operating large projects nationally and in South America. In addition, we managed the development and financing of infrastructure and industrial properties throughout the U.S. For the past ten years, JPH Equities has advised and facilitated the investments on multifamily properties, shopping centers, hotels and land development projects. Standard is actively seeking acquisition opportunities in multifamily and retail, as well as land investments in the Western U.S. Third party management has included all major asset classes, including recent assignments in the multi-family, office and industrial sectors. Today, our mission remains the same as it has been since 2003—to deliver superior returns for real estate investors whilest providing maximum benefit to the communities we work within and of course luxury combined with utility to our tenants and guests. We do this through active management of our existing portfolio; acquisition of existing income property and origination of short term loans secured by real estate in CONUS and abroad.
