She started her career at a boutique PR firm and years later celebrated with her in-house/agency team after winning two Silver Anvils from the Public Relations Society of America. Jill recently trained in Appreciative Inquiry and loves guiding organizations through change leveraging their strengths and positive psychology. JLV Communications currently assists corporate, non-profit, government and small business clients, and is a certified Small, Micro, Woman-Owned business in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
