There really is no substitute for experience - it’s enabled us to develop our offerings to match our clients expectations, using the most advanced profiling and risk tools, even in the most testing market conditions. Success We work in a tangible industry, with clear and measurable outcomes, and we’re proud of our very impressive track record. There’s a lot of science that goes on behind the scenes, from analysing risk to calculating alternative outcomes, but we have the knowledge and skills to be able to do this incredibly well. Service We’re always on hand to talk to our clients, to answer any questions they may have. It’s really important to us that our clients are always completely clear on where their money is, how it’s been invested and what their objectives are. We’re friendly and professional and always completely approachable, responding quickly to our clients’ changing needs. Transparency We’re completely open and honest about how we earn our fees. We charge up to 2% of the amount invested as an upfront fee, the amount will depend upon the complexity of the work being undertaken, with up to 0.75% per annum as a servicing charge thereafter. Prospective clients are always offered a no-obligation meeting with no charge to discuss how we can help them achieve their objectives. Communication We believe the key to our success is taking complicated scenarios and communicating them clearly and concisely in plain English. We enjoy the challenge of solving problems and thinking outside the box, coming up with bespoke solutions to meet clients’ objectives.
