We understand that when a Vendor/Landlord is instructing us to market their property, they truly expect us to act on their behalf because it is they who are paying our fees not the purchaser or tenant. It always amazes us when an applicant asks “What’s the lowest price?” to which our reply is usually something like we are acting for the Vendor/Landlord and therefore, can’t advise you. At the same time, we are helpful and courteous to all applicants as we know that one day they may be our future clients also.
