Overview

Over the last 18 years, Jenny’s built a first class record as both a key senior operational and a strategic manager. Jenny demonstrates strong commercial acumen along with a wide operational, project and change management knowledge. She has spent the last 7 years with Northgate Kendric Ash leading a range of major transformation projects in Housing, Community and Technical Divisions across JVC’s, ALMOs, Unitary Authorities, Housing Associations, District and Borough Councils and within the private sector. As well as successful, sustainable service transformation, her experience includes project and program management, capital program delivery, preparation for joint venture partnerships and ALMOs, audit commission inspections and significant strategic HR and union negotiation experience. Before joining Northgate, Jenny spent over five years in key senior operational and strategic management positions with BAA plc. Prior to this she spent six years in operational and commercial development roles in a FM outsourcing company for the NHS
