We aspire to be the preeminent fitness training center in Jersey City by building a remarkable community for members founded on a culture of F.I.R.S.T. = FUN through FITNESS, INTELLIGENT INSTRUCTION by professionals, RESPECT for ourselves and our community, SAFETY and SELF-DEFENSE of members, and TARGETED TRAINING to achieve our goals. We will offer classes in Gracie Jiu-Jitsu, Krush Cardio Kickboxing, Zero "G" Yoga, and Massage Therapy.
