We do not sell directly to public as we operate on a wholesale basis. The guarantee covers any manufacturing or materials faults or defects. In the event of a fault or defect, each faulty product will need to be assessed on an individual basis. Our guarantee doesn’t cover general wear and tear and for a guarantee to be honoured, care instructions must have been followed.
