Jasmin Mediterranean is a fast casual concept from Raleigh, NC. Jasmin is operating with six locations now in the Triangle area. Jasmin Mediterranean Bistro and it’s catering wing, Catering by Jasmin, both offer unique blends of Greek and Lebanese cuisines that focus on fresh ingredients, healthy recipes, and robust flavors. The unique dishes are made entirely from scratch, and include our famous kabobs, hummus, gyros, chicken shawarma, baklava and many other great delights. The owners of Jasmin Bistro, Nawwaf Said and Bayan Said have made the Triangle area of North Carolina their home for more than 20 years. They have always been eager to share their food and culture with their friends and neighbors in North Carolina. Jasmin Mediterranean is refreshing the way you think of healthy food. No longer should healthy mean bland, expensive, or just plain old salads. Locally sourced vegetables, fresh herbs and spices, and natural proteins are combined in family recipes to make meals that are so delicious that you won’t believe they are healthy.
