Allergen free retail & wholesale bakery free of gluten, soy, ALL nuts (and coconut), eggs, dairy, casein, NO trans fats, mostly organic, lower glycemic, natural colors, NO preservatives, Kosher/Parve & Vegan certified. We make custom cupcakes, cakes (including wedding cakes), muffins, brownies, cookies (and cookie dough), seasonal pies, savory items, and much more to come! You can find us in the gluten free freezer section of many regional markets including Whole Foods from New Haven County all the way to and including NYC and Long Island. We also hand deliver fresh baked or allow pick up (by appointment) of fresh items pre-ordered from our facility in Norwalk, CT. But that's not all, we ship frozen products nation-wide. We even make allergen free gingerbread house kits available in all of these channels plus Amazon during the holidays. We also attend many events and farmer's markets. Everyone deserves a treat!
