We' developed the following projects of Patient-Centered innovation for organizations in the healthcare industry: Lifestyle Center Clinics: - Creation of a value proposal focused on the doctor-patient relationship. - Customer profiling (buyer people). - Rapid prototyping of CX/CJ Diabesmart, Control and Wellness Center: - Consulting in the creation of the Diabesmart experience model. - Target population profiling. - Training of health team in soft skills, negotiation and collaborative care. - Measuring the effectiveness of the care model. - Iteration of the model guided by data.
