IPKO Foundation is a local operating foundation in Kosovo. Our goal is to seed and support the development of the next generation of leaders with a digital vision for Kosovo. These young leaders may come from any sector or discipline but are united in their embrace of technology, Internet and the information society. Our main projects: Next generation of scholarships is annual project which supports talented youngsters. We nurture the seeds of innovative ideas that can improve the lives of people living in Kosovo. Our goal is to help young people with creativity, drive and ground-breaking ideas by supporting their education through scholarships. BarCamps aim to reach out to youngsters in an attempt to motivate them to take part in a new era of leadership and instill change. By integrating business, technology, education, and industries in one place, BarCamps inspire connections and a distinctive way of thinking outside the box through various speakers whom we invite. WikiAcademy Kosovo goal is to improve the quality and quantity of online content on Kosovo to better represent Kosovo in the digital world. New, English-language, accessible content will contribute to creating a better image for Kosovo globally and make it easier for Internet users around the world to find information on Kosovo. Doku:Tech explores and challenges the social implications of technological innovations through connectivity, content, openness and security.This event gathers reputable speakers, observers, explorers and builders from around the world to talk about open knowledge, digital security, privacy, social entrepreneurship and business. Digital Kosovo aims to integrate Kosovo in virtual world. This project engages all citizens and friends of Kosovo to lobby these institutions seeking the recognition of Kosovo and its listing in online platforms.
