iPERMIT ERATERS is a family owned and operated business. We have been pulling permits for over 30 years and pull more permits than any other company in California. In 2010, Ian Jacoby took over the company from his father, Eric. Since then, iPermit has expanded our services to offer a start-to-finish solution that includes permit expediting, Title 24 verifications (HERS), and Energy Upgrade California rebate processing. Now, we are the largest Permit & HERS Rating company in California.
