Invia Capital is an investment firm looking to invest and actively get involved in the operation of a privately held Mexican mid-market company. Invia brings together two dedicated Mexican entrepreneurs, backed by a committed and highly successful investor group. We are looking for a business to grow for years to come. Ideally, but not limited to, the business will possess stable cash flows, recurring revenues, and will demonstrate potential growth, geographical expansion, market diversification, and potential add-on acquisitions. We are focused on finding established businesses with a history of profitability anywhere in Mexico. We will follow a collaborative, transparent, and confidential process focused on the needs of the owners and the company itself.
