Founded in 2015 by the Mayor of Porto, Rui Moreira , InvestPorto aims to contribute to a more dynamic , innovative and competitive environment, make Porto recognized as a Portuguese city with a favorable business environment for investment attraction, which values the economic development of the city and the attraction of talent. As a part of City Councillor for Economy, Employment and Enterpreneurship and led by the City Councilor Ricardo Valente , it articulates its activity with all relevant departments of the Municipality , as well as a wide range of external, public and private, national and international organizations.
