As part of the illustrious Waterford Leader Partnership CLG, we proudly participate in the novel Intreo Partner Employment Services and the Local Employment Area Service. In collaboration with our revered partners at the South Tipperary Development Company and the Waterford Area Partnership (WSTLAES), we share a common vision of helping individuals find and retain meaningful employment. Our primary function at WST LAES revolves around the provision of comprehensive employment assistance and advice services. We cater to job seekers within the vibrant communities of Waterford and South Tipperary, with a focus on aiding clients to either make a confident entry into or a resolute return to the workforce. Funded by the Department of Social Protection, our newly launched service primarily serves the needs of long-term unemployed clients who are on the cusp of entering the labour market. As we continue on this journey, our excitement is fuelled by the prospect of further supporting individuals in our community towards achieving their employment goals. We take immense pride in our role as a key component of the newly instituted Waterford South Tipperary Local Area Employment Service (Waterford South Tipperary LAES).
