ABOUT THE FESTIVAL For centuries randomness has been under-appreciated and neglected. IRFF is celebrating randomness in cinema, finally giving it the status it deserves. WHEN AND WHERE? The third edition of the Festival will take place in March 2012 in the beautiful village Anija, Estonia. We will select 25 films randomly from the online submissions to our international competition. Random awards will be given.
