Our Board education and certification course originally started in 2012 as a Board Director coaching and mentorship program. With the global impact that was witnessed through this coaching and mentorship program, we upgraded the course in 2016 into a formal education program and then added the global certification, International Board Director Competency Designation (IBDC.D), in January of 2021.
