The firm was founded in 1969 for the purpose of providing discretionary investment management services to a limited number of sophisticated institutions and individuals. The firm manages certain U.S. and non-U.S. collective investment vehicles designed to meet the needs of U.S. taxable investors, tax-exempt investors and non-U.S. investors.
