iagency aka InterActive Agency was the first PR, advertising and marketing agency focused on the Internet. The company was founded by Alan Wallace (CEO) and Tony Winders (President). Will Akerloff later joined to the company to run the advertising division. Akerloff later founded Liquid Advertising and Wallace sold his shares in the company to Winders in 2000 and joined Live365.
