We have the capability to swage hoses to 12” ( 305mm) bore with both External( crimp) and Internal ( IEX) machines located on site. We design & manufacture a lot of special fittings in-house and have an outstanding track-record in solving historical problems where other companies had tried and failed. Hoses are tested safely in our new high-capacity pressure test cabinet ensuring absolute safety and integrity on every hose supplied, and Integraflex staff We have been at the forefront of Hose identification and asset register management and were the first company in the area to offer Cloud-based, bespoke hose registers for clients and personalised hose identification tagging.
