Instrumentrics Industrial Control Ltd. was established in 1994 to promote the instrumentation and control field in Israel by supplying instrumentation and solutions manufactured by the leading industrial instrumentation companies around the world. We work according ISO9001-2015 and authorized to provide calibration services according ISO17025. Our equipment fits to a wide range of industries, such as food industry, pharmaceuticals, water, wastewater, chemistry, petrochemicals, energy, sub-energy, gas and fuel. Over the years, we have also become a major support center in Israel regarding digital communication technologies. Our demonstration and training array also allows clients who require deepening their knowledge in PROFIBUS, Foundation FieldBus or ASIBUS fields to use our wide knowledge for their purpose. Our company is divided into 4 departments, each one is independent in its activities, and reports directly to the company's management: Sales department, Service and Technical Support department, Marketing department and System Solutions department. Our working staff is based on instrumentation engineers, software engineers and professional electronics engineers, who undergo periodic training by the manufacturer for both existing and new equipment, and are the only authority in Israel to provide treatments, service and calibration for the equipment we represent. Our service department staff is committed to provide the customer a comprehensive and qualitative service, based on understanding the customer's needs, finding an immediate solution and accordingly - providing a professional, efficient and courteous service, always with the customer in mind, while constantly optimizing and self-learning. We provide service to our customers from 2 main branches in the country, with the main branch located in Netanya and the southern branch - in Be'er Sheva. Our service is performed either by arriving at the customer's site or by handling devices in our laboratory.
