The Institute of Housing Management (IHM) is a professional association and incorporated educational body that has been dedicated to promoting and enhancing skills and knowledge of individuals in the private property management industry for over 40 years. IHM is a symbol of integrity and professionalism in the private, public and municipal administrative property management sectors. Earn your Property Management Certificate through our distance education program or by formal instruction at Humber College. Your educational certification combined with several years of practical experience in property management will lead you to accreditation status with IHM. Upon granting of accreditation you have earned the privilege of Accredited Member (A.I.H.M.) designation. Our membership of over 350 prescribes to IHM's Code of Professionalism and Ethical Business Practices while they manage and administer rental properties of all types, sizes and numbers. The strength of IHM is in our membership and networking.
