More than 500 accounting firms already use Instaclause to automatically prepare contracts, reports and other legal documents. Instaclause is the digital in-house legal counsel of accountants. Instaclause grew out of years of experience of lawyers who draw up contracts for accountants and their clients, but who, on the other hand, are too often confronted in everyday legal practice with documents that were drawn up by entrepreneurs and accountants themselves, based on incomplete, poor and/or outdated model contracts that they once found on the internet or in their archive. There are smarter ways than reusing old models that were once custom made for someone else or, worse, for 'everyone'. There are also less expensive and faster ways than always having to rely on the more expensive legal partners. Instaclause is not a model database. For more than 4 years, our lawyers and programmers have been working on a legal software program that combines all kinds of possible current clauses into a tailor-made legal document, based on a smart selection by the user and by the system itself. The program thinks along with you. And of course it also continues to evolve with changing regulations.
