Insta Cash is a holistic financial wellness platform that offers employees access to part of their earned wages on-demand. It leads to increased productivity, higher retention, and engaged employees. How did it all start? We noticed a very common problem for more than half the working population worldwide and even more so in Bulgaria – that is living paycheck to paycheck. So we went on a mission to change that through financial technology allowing users to receive on-demand a portion of their wages for the hours they have already worked but not yet been paid for by their employer.
