Overview

Adolescence is one of the most exciting and possibly volatile periods of development. We offer a supportive, non-judgmental space where teenagers can talk freely about everything that is happening in their lives. Our work focuses on coping with anxiety, depression, social difficulties, and behavioral difficulties. During the therapy process, adolescents can learn healthy behaviors, develop self-confidence, and find their own identity.
