Overview

InspecVision develop and manufacture a range of high accuracy 2D and 3D inspection machines. Accuity Our latest innovation is the Accuity - themost automated, large field of view, telecentric gauging system on the market. 2D and 3D scanning as standard. Certified accuracies from 6 microns, the Accuity can scan parts up to 119mm wide. The total setup and inspection time for a new part is unrivalled, at around 4 seconds. The Accuity's 18MP cameras and HD projectors produces accurate measurements traceable to ISO10360-4 ensuring fast inspection times at high resolutions with minimal set up. Opti Scan 3D Unlike many other scanners on the market it measures surfaces and edges in 3D. Most 3D scanners are good at acquiring surface data but are poor at acquiring measurements of the part's edges. Our unique & patented technology converts images of the part's silhouette into edge measurements and white light scanning is then used to measure the surfaces. The Opti Scan 3D offers unparalleled performance when measuring formed sheet metal parts. Planar Our award winning 2D measurement system. The Planar is used for inspection and reverse engineering of flat, opaque and semi-transparent parts such as sheet metal, laminates, skims, gaskets and O-rings. It is extremely, fast, automated and user friendly. All measurements are automatically compared to CAD . A large selection of table sizes are available. The Planar can be fitted with the SurfScan or Opti-Scan 3D options to create a completely integrated 2D/3D measurement system. SurfScan The SurfScan integrates seamlessly with the Planar 2D automatic inspection software to allow accurate inspection of both the parts 2D shape and its 2 ½D features with a single click. It is a high resolution projector which mounts onto the existing Planar vertical column. The projector shines structured lights onto the part which are then imaged by the Planar’s camera to create a 3D scan of the upper surface of the part. However rather than focusing on purely 3D inspection the SurfScan is primarily designed to augment the existing 2D scanner and provide a powerful yet easy to use 3D or 2 ½D inspection capability.
