Since 1983 Inox Meccanica designs and produces machinery for the automation in the processing and packing of meat and cold cuts, as well as systems for washing and sanitization of any equipment and food products in order to meet different customer needs. Thanks to an exclusive “Pilot Plant” we can test industrial productions, both for the development of new products and for the improvement of the traditional production process. The products obtained from our testing can then be evaluated from a microbiological point of view in the new analysis laboratory and from an organoleptic point of view in a modern tasting room.
