Overview

We created the Innovation Trail to tell some of the stories of important scientific, technological, and social breakthroughs that have occurred in Boston over the past four centuries. One key objective is to highlight the role that Boston has played in shaping the modern world — aside from being the birthplace of the American Revolution. Another is to inspire future generations of scientists, entrepreneurs, and pioneers to do amazing things.
