OUR STORY Our success is driven from the lasting relationships we have formed with key clients and our understanding of their business and aspirations. We provide advice from pre-acquisition stage right through to disposal and can be involved in all stages in between. We work with property investors, asset managers, funds and end users across all sectors of the commercial property market. Our team have expertise in the project management of new build and major refurbishment schemes together with providing strategic advice on individual property or portfolio acquisitions and end of Lease dilapidations for both Landlord and Tenant. We are fortunate to work with some of the leading property companies in their chosen sector and focus on working hard for them while enjoying what we do. CAPABILITY STATEMENT We have advised on property acquisitions in the office, industrial and retail sectors totalling over £450m over the last 5 years across all parts of the UK including individual assets worth in excess of £70m. Our team have completed major office refurbishments totalling over 500,000sq.ft of CAT A space. We have provided full Project Management and Cost Consultancy services to deliver projects within very challenging timescales to facilitate Tenant occupiers. We take on an average of 30-40 end of Lease dilapidations negotiations each year acting for both Landlord and Tenant and use our expertise to ensure our clients get the best advice to protect their interests. We work closely with several leading law firms on many of these instructions. THE FUTURE Our aim is to continue to grow our business alongside our existing and new clients to meet the needs of an ever changing commercial property market.
