Our professional licensed real estate staff has a combined total of nearly forty years of sales and leasing brokerage experience available to our valued clients. We are proud of our experience with national tenants. A sampling includes leases with CVS Pharmacy, Burger King, Subway, EZ Pawn, Family Dollar, Cashland, Liberty Tax Service, and SportClips; and land sales to Value Place Motel and Sunoco Gas/Convenience store. The majority of our experience is concentrated in the local community neighborhoods helping individual and family small business owners achieve their dreams. Included among these small businesses are nail salons, beauty salons, restaurants, dry cleaners, new and used bookstores, antique and used furniture stores, and numerous convenience stores. Retail Realty’s management team provides professional management at competitive rates to our investor clients. You can rest assured that your real estate is being professionally managed without having to worry about service calls, snow removal, and other mundane day-to-day management functions. Clients are provided with accurate monthly or quarterly financial reports, and cash flows are periodically distributed to them as funds from operations permit. Our management portfolio includes over twenty properties comprising some 170,000 square feet of commercial retail buildings.
