MORE THAN 20 MILLION TONS OF PADDY IS PROCESSED ANNUALLY WITH INDUSS PLANTS. Plants are designed to ensure uniform colour, minimum brokens, & no smell. Induss parboiling process ensures soaking is completed within 3 to 5 hrs. depending on the grain. INDUSS offers semi-automatic and full automatic parboiling with cookers. Our cookers ensure lower brokens and uniform colour. INDUSS now offers Husk Fired Furnace for drying of raw and parboiled paddy, with husk savings of upto 20% compared to boilers. One furnace can run 4 driers simultaneously Raw Paddy and is PLC controlled. INDUSS has introduced a ‘ WATER RECYCLE SYSTEM‘ where the discharged water from the parboil tanks is reused for further batches without affecting quality, smell or bacteria growth of the rice.
