Overview

India Students’ Association is a non-profit organization run by the Indian students studying at the University of Saskatchewan. ISA endeavors to foster a community feeling by providing networks of social and cultural support systems to Indian students. The University of Saskatchewan has an ethnically diverse student population. ISA delivers Indian students with resources that enable them to adapt smoothly to the changes ushered in one’s life in Canada. Partaking in transnational cultural experiences is high on ISA’s priority list. Our events not only attract the Indian crowd but also are open to and enjoyed by the members of other communities, including Canadians. We organize events, which serve as ice breakers for incoming students, initiating them into on- campus life as well as bring together senior undergraduate and graduate students to participate in a plethora of extra-curricular and cultural activities.
