We also offer default services, including title and tax reports, modification policies, short sale services, REO due diligence and customized property reports. In the past, there were only two choices – a small, local title company who farmed their out-of-state clients to a national underwriter or a national underwriter whose focus was entirely on those smaller, local title companies. The multi-state lender was overlooked and left to choose between local service and national pricing. Understanding this impasse, Indeed Abstract was established to bridge the gap and to bring the same personalized service and reliability of a quality local title company to a national venue. Indeed Abstract provides a comprehensive array of services through our settlement services center. Every title is handled in-house, by our staff. A coordinator is assigned to each transaction to provide personalized service to ensure a smooth and trouble free closing process. We offer same day scheduling for title closings, web-based technology that allows for on-line ordering, transaction monitoring 24/7 and a client nightline for evening and weekend closings. Indeed Abstract has made a significant investment in compliance reviews and training to make sure that all transactions are closed according to the most recent RESPA guidelines.
