Overview

The architectural bureau IND architects was founded in 2008 and is engaged in the design of residential and public buildings, projects for the integrated development of territories, urban planning projects, masterplanning, projects of renovation and redevelopment of industrial facilities in Russia and abroad. The bureau successfully participates in local and international architectural competitions and works in consortiums with leading experts in various fields. In our portfolio are more than 80 projects in different typologies — a private school-internat in Kazakhstan (2021), the construction of a second school is now underway; a residential complex Bolshevik in Moscow; a number of residential complexes, business centers and mixed-use complexes, offices for the leading companies in Russia. Today we are working on a big office project — more than 80 000 sqm. In 2021 the bureau won a competition for the masterplan of the Ecopolis on Sakhalin.
