Inclusive America is a 501(c)3 nonprofit that helps make the government as diverse as the people of the United States. We maintain a database of highly-qualified, diverse candidates and provide optimal candidates for any politically appointed position. Inclusive America also tracks demographic information for every politically appointed position. 93% of the people running our federal government in 2018 are White. 80% are men. This is not a Democrat or Republican issue. Presidents of both parties have failed to appoint diverse political staff. By 2040, America will be a minority majority country and we want to ensure that our government is as diverse as the American people.
