Overview

We all know the traditional four P's of marketing: but I suggest there should be a fifth P. 1. Product: the tangible aspects of the product or service itself 2. Place: the purchase location, channel and availability 3. Price: the pricing model and cost advantage 4. Promotion: the amount and nature of the outbound and inbound marketing activities 5. Purchaser: the motivation behind customer purchases I deliver marketing and program management expertise for all of the four P's + 1, and I deliver the five P's of marketing with my own five P's of successful service. 1. Passion: enthusiasm may not be on my formal job description, but it is a personal requirement to which I hold myself 2. Persistence: I pursue the end-goal with a consistent dogged determination 3. Partnership: team effort and cross-functional collaboration is essential whether I am in a raw start-up or a Fortune 500 company 4. Performance: excellence defines the process and the end result; perfection is not my goal, but excellence is 5. Propriety: integrity is fundamental to all my pursuits: integrity of work ethic, integrity of product and integrity in business relations
