IM Capital is a new Real Estate Finance Company set up by Ian Hart & Mark Heyes providing flexible funding solutions for the short and medium term for amounts of £1m+. This includes Bridging Loans and Development Finance for conversions/heavy refurb, for commercial and residential property across the UK. In addition we offer Corporate Finance funding structures to trading business with strong management teams, with facilities between £5m - £20m, including debt, equity and intermediate capital.
