Overview

ICIC is a statewide voluntary trade association whose purpose is to provide legislative representation to union contractors in Illinois. ICIC reviews legislation introduced by the Illinois General Assembly and assesses its impact on the commercial construction industry. ICIC takes action on important legislation and serves as the voice of the union construction industry.
