Overview

"A tradition that continues ..." The year is 1898. In Florence near the famous Church of Orsanmichele, in Via De 'Lamberti, in the heart of the city, there is a coffee shop, one of the first in Italy where coffee was served standing at the counter, in fact it is called Caffè de 'Ritti (Ritti means people who are standing). Between the antique brass, the mirrors and the decorated woodwork, a delicious aroma fills the air. The unique aroma and flavor of this unrivaled coffee is what every Florentine remembers in his heart and palate. This is the birthplace of Il Caffè Manaresi and espresso coffee as we know it today. Today our company continues the same tradition. With the same meticulous attention to detail, selecting the finest coffee beans in the world, to create the best coffee. The roasting of the coffee bean is still done in a small batch artisan way, under the constant control of passionate staff who have an experience that no machine can replace. The only changes that we have granted to production in over 120 years are the automation of the packaging to obtain an ever better preservation of the product in favor of aroma and flavor. The other big change is the fact that it is no longer necessary to travel to Florence, Italy, to savor the unparalleled flavor of Il Caffè Manaresi.
