We support companies on their journey to a future-proof industrial production, which combines efficiency, adaptability and sustainability. Our three departments factory planning, production management and industrial engineering and ergonomics address the integrated description and design of production systems. For this purpose, we create theoretical basics, that we use and extend in bilateral research projects with industry partners. In our IFA learning factory, specialists and managers are able to practically experience, for example, the importance of investments in a low-waste or age-appropriate production.
