The Institution of Engineers, Malaysia UTM Student Section was established in 1974 and was previously known as The Graduate and Student (G&S) Section of the Institution of Engineers, Malaysia. The main objective of the student section is to cultivate and expose young engineers to the professional engineering world. This exposure will enhance their rapport with fellow engineers and act as a platform for them to embark on a career in engineering.
